Renting your week(s) with Om Villas is easy.  All that’s required is a secured ownership week and confirmation with Westin St. John property and Owner Services. We provide you with an Owner Rental Agreement to fill out which gives us permission to rent your week(s) for as long as you like. There is no upfront fee, we do not get paid until you get paid. We market and advertize owners weeks at no cost to owner and contact you once your villa week has been booked. It’s that simple.
